We recognize that efficient after-sales service is very important to our customers. At our Customer Service Centre, we provide reliable live support to ensure minimal downtime. Our dedicated and highly-experienced helpdesk team is trained to respond quickly to requests for support after implementation.
Our customers can call our technical hotline to speak to a Customer Service Officer or Service Manager who can assist them with their queries.
Case Management System
Our fault ticketing system tracks and monitors fault calls received. The system generates a case ticket as a fault receipt and logs the time of the call for quality assurance.
Customer Service Centre Team
We have a dedicated Customer Services Officer and Service Manager to provide live technical support for any issue at hand.
Videoconferencing Testing Facility
Our centre is equipped with video conferencing testing facilities. This enables our engineers to test and fine-tune the far-end audio, video and connectivity of our customers’ video conferencing system by connecting their system to ours.
We have a dedicated technical team comprising 12 service engineers on call to provide responsive and reliable support, as well as an extensive range of maintenance services for AV and conferencing systems.
