We recognize that after-sales service is very important to our customers. Our Customer Service Centre provides reliable live support, with a highly-trained and experienced helpdesk team to respond to after-sales service and requests for support after implementation.
Our customers can call our technical hotline to speak to a Customer Service Officer or Service Manager who can assist them with their queries.
Fault Ticketing System
Our fault ticketing system tracks and monitors fault calls that are received. The system generates a ticket as a fault receipt and logs the time of the call for quality assurance
Customer Service Centre Team
We have a dedicated Customer Services Officer and Service Manager to provide live technical support for any issue at hand.
Videoconferencing Testing Facility
Our centre is equipped with video conferencing testing facilities. This enables our engineers to test and fine-tune the far-end audio, video and connectivity of our customers’ video conferencing system by connecting their system to ours.
We have on call a dedicated technical team comprising 12 service engineers. They are able to provide responsive and reliable support as well an extensive range of maintenance services for AV and conferencing systems.
